Is it true that American Airlines Bankruptcy Lawyers were arrested for loitering on the courthouse steps in New York?

Rumor is that the lawyers were on the steps for so long about ready to file and narrowly avoiding Bankruptcy, that the New York Police thought they were loitering on the steps.
