Somebody want to explain to a layman how a pilot moving an aircraft constitutes a scab?

Yes it's sad indeed that pilots look out for number one and say screw the mechanics as with 92 and with all their pathetic me too clauses they insist on. Pilots are bus drivers who believe they are elitist. More then enough have attitudes that I teach my children to never acquire, not all do granted, but too many do. Things are a changing and when I see you guys loading docks at Home Depot I will wave hoping it teaches some humility.
