Well, that would certainly be a refreshing change from his old behavior of virtually groveling on his knees before the CEO and directly asking (on company video) whether he "should turn in" supposedly fellow pilots for the heinous crime of taxiing heavy aircraft with Gasp!, BOTH engines running. Quite frankly; I can't begin to imagine such an utterly pathetic creature as would do that ever proving much "CHALLENGING" to anything more than perhaps a gerbil, and a sick one at that.

Come on baby...let's do the twist (LOVE Chubby Checker!).  John is CHALLENGING (not "pleading") East pilots that claim to know the results to do their crowing on APA.  Hey...if a fishbowl has a leak...wouldn't it be empty (keeping up with the nautical/fishbowl theme)?
 
No "strategy" WG.  We have not seen anything, thus not LEAKED anything.  We kept our word 10 years ago, we keep our word now.  We followed an agreement and the product of that agreement.  We were rightfully allowed a seat at the merger table, and the 9th affirmed that USAPA was GUILTY of DFR.  I won't rehash the ruling because you already know what it says.
 
Rebuttal concludes on 7/27.  That's all.  The end.  List is delivered.....?  Sometime before 10/1 I would imagine.  Sit back and enjoy the ride.

You love the term binding arbitration, but supported AOL keeping the funds it is supposed to get from USAPA for "defense." So, CB, will you honor this binding arbitration and not sue to have it changed/overturned?

The next few weeks will seem like eternity and many will try to claim victory based on some perceived leak.

I think it's clear, not one principal tasked with confidentiality will leak anything.

The great thing about fair and equitable is it requires zero mental preparation or perceived superiority. But seeing a ten year old lottery ticket turn into dust? There are a few folks that will never, ever be able to accept that, with any SLI result.

Fergi already gave the core group the wink and nod, and apparently social media won out.

Nobody buying the new "who me?" narrative out West. You cannot put news like that back in the bottle.

I hope PHX gets them.  America West had a distinguished history of international ops.  The company needs to take advantage of that.
