The Chairman brought up the Nic Award genius, no one else. He asked your lying mouthpiece if he was going to be "the new nicolau"...then he lied again saying "no". I'd say the only people USCABA can't bulls**t is the Arbitrators. They don't need a single page of evidence or testimony to fully understand what USCABA is, and what they've tried to do. Why did USCABA insist that the pre-arb panel and the main panel be different arbitrators? Afraid of the main panel hearing about some less than ethical behavior? Not to worry, the main panel will hear it all over again.
