The only sort of pitiful little shuck-and-jive jerkoffs as could post such are the sorry likes of yourself...the sad sorts who simply can't ever even imagine any people EVER being straight-up about anything, since they're wholly incapable of themselves ever being so, for even so much as a harmless wager. It's hardly my fault that the sorry likes of "you'se" would be so incredibly, easilly intimidated, but neither is it my problem, but yours...supposed "pilot".  Enjoy both your "little computer games" and childish fantasies, little "spartan" punk. Your postings speak more volumes about yourself than you could understand.
 
Think on it a moment kid. The whole mighty "challenge" amounts to nothing more than a few pesos changing hands, based on a purely recreational, aerial romp....No enemy fire, virtually zero chance of personal harm...and yet pitiful little punks/supposed "pilots" like "you'se" are seemingly threatened by even that...How truly sad can things get?

He's a failure. USCABA was a failure. He put everybody into the hurt locker. No one single person has ever caused such a massive loss of career earnings for any given pilot group. LOA93 for 5 extra years with no end in sight without the APA is a staggering loss of income. BTW,  You're still getting the Nic, probably the Nic on steroids. The West is free, and they're going to make him pay dearly. He's going to be scrambling to fund lawsuits against him for years. I hope he uses union dues from a defunct FBA for his personal problems. Fuel on the fire.

Polygraph Statement of Mr. Mark C. Doyal

I had always wanted to be an FBI agent. With that singular goal in mind, I enrolled in Southwest Texas State University in the fall of 1988. My major was Law Enforcement with a minor in Economics. I graduated in December 1990 and I took the written FBI exam that next January. I passed and was scheduled for an interview in March of 1991. The interview went great and I achieved a perfect score. However, the FBI determined that I needed more experience and informed me to re-apply in two years. I immediately took the Law School Admissions Test and applied to South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. I was excepted for the class beginning in January 1991. I was fortunate in that I was able to obtain employment on a full time basis with the Harris County District Attorney's Office - Economic Crime Division. I remember my new boss asking me after he interviewed me what I planned on achieving with a law career. I immediately responded that I wanted a career with the FBI. Everyone who I met knew that that was my goal.

Working full time for the District Attorney while attending law school at night was tough, but I knew I had to get the right kind of experience and education to make myself the best possible candidate for the FBI. Upon graduation from law school (Dec. 1994), I re-applied with the FBI. I was scheduled to take the written exam on a Monday following the Bar exam. I again passed the written exam and had to wait to be selected for the interview. I wrote letters nearly every month to the applicant coordinator asking to be interviewed and explaining what I was doing each month. Finally, I was selected to be interviewed in Kansas City in July of 1996. Seven of us in our region were selected to go, but only two of us passed the interview process. Myself and another girl. I was on top of the world, knowing that I was about to realize my dream.

The polygraph exam was next, August 7, 1996, in San Antonio, Texas. I knew I had nothing to worry about, since I had never violated the FBI's drug policy and I had not lied on my application. The agent administering the polygraph noted during the pre- polygraph interview that I had attended a university that he believed was a "party school" and that I needed to tell him what drugs I used when I went there. I stated that I had taken none, that I didn't live on campus, I lived in another city, and that I was an older student and wasn't influenced to do such things. He repeated that that couldnít be the case and told me again to tell him what illegal drugs I had done. I countered again that that just wasn't the case and that I was telling the truth. This went back and forth for about 10 minutes and he seemed to be getting upset that I wouldnít admit to taking drugs. Finally he stated that if I was lying he was about to find out. I was upset at the unbelievable accusations he was making. Up until that point I had been treated with the utmost professionalism by the FBI staff, now I was being treated like an accused criminal. After the polygraph was over, he told me I had failed. I almost passed out in disbelief

I wrote several letters to FBI Director Freeh, and in October of 1996 I was polygraphed again, by another agent with the first agent who polygraphed me present. The results were the same, he told me I had failed. I just could not believe it. I had not lied on the polygraph. Even the first agent that had polygraphed me told me as I was leaving that he now believed me, that I was telling the truth. I wrote the Director several more times to no avail, my application was terminated in November of that year. My dreams were shattered.

Finally, as a side note, I later applied with the Secret Service. I did just as well in the testing and interview stages as I had with the FBI. When it came time for the polygraph, the agent administering it asked me if I had been polygraphed before. I told him yes, and under what circumstances and the results. He thanked me for my honesty, unhooked me from the polygraph without testing me and told me that he would have to contact his superiors for their advice. I could not believe it. Two months later I received a form letter stating that I was no longer competitive with the other agent applicants. I am a licensed attorney, professional pilot, have law enforcement experience and with top scores but I was not competitive? Obviously I had been "black balled" by the erroneous polygraph results from the FBI.

I will probably always be effected by the injustice of what happened. I wrote a final letter to Director Freeh this summer asking for another polygraph. I even offered to pay all expenses associated with retaking it if I were to fail. I guess I still haven't accepted that you can fail a polygraph while telling the truth. Or the fact that the FBI could make this kind of mistake. I had always looked up to that agency as the pinnacle of professionalism. I received the same form letter back that I had received almost two years earlier. It is a shame, since all I wanted to do was to have a chance to serve my country and make my family proud.

Perhaps you could cite just where and when that ever even supposedly happend? Nice try punk. No such thing's ever happened. "You'se" live your sad little excuse for a "life" entirely inside Fantasyland. Should you ever grow a spine; you're cordially invited to step outside of your safe little womb at your earliest convenience...and let's keep ALL communication completely public, since lying's obviously a "spartan" forte...As utterly disgusting as that is.

the message below to all the trash talk we’ve read from other West Reps. I’m surprised USAPA ever let them go out. ALPA wouldn’t have.

Here’s a guy who wants to move forward. It almost makes me want to join the union now. If we get a similar tone in PHX, I might join.

We know Eric is involved in defending the Nicolau award. What West pilot isn’t? Notice no mention of Nic, Addington, DOH in his update. Obviously he’s going to let the courts make the decision and not carry on the useless and endless attacks on the East that just divides us more. This update just shows he’s willing to work as a group member. Don’t like Eric’s tone? Then do the normal self-defeating west thing and recall him.

Maybe now all the trash talk and insults launched by former AWA MEC officers John McIlvenna, Mitch Vasin and their old ALPA allies will be over. U-Turn’s been putting out the message of working together for over a year. We’ve got a lot of hate mail and enemies for doing it. But now, it looks like common sense is here. Over the past few U-Turns, we’ve noticed a change in the tone of comments we’ve received. Maybe the reality of what we are up against is finally sinking in. Some accused us of taking the quotes from the Freund rebuttal out of context. We didn’t. We’ve had requests for copies of Jeff Freund’s actual East Vs West court documents. U Turn: AOL Vs AWAPPA

This week’s topic is the ongoing battle between AWAPPA and AOL. Does AWAPPA really have half a million dollars? Where’s the money? Now we’re hearing AWAPPA’s going to hire an accountant and let us know. While they’re checking the books, they need to transfer whatever’s left into AOL’s account or give it back. This money was donations, not dues. ATTENTION AWAPPA Leaders: your days are done. For once, show some class and give the money to AOL, where it will do some good or give it back to us. And whatever you do, don’t pull a John McIlvenna on your way out.

For those of you who haven’t heard, John McIlvenna filed two grievances with the company on July 30th. One was on Section 29, dues check-off.

I assert and grieve that this automatic transfer was done incorrectly… No amended agreement is in place that gives specific rights to USAPA under the provisions of the RLA as yet and therefore USAPA cannot collect dues or agency shop fees under Section 29, nor can the company enforce these obligations under Section 29 either.

The other was on Section 22, the displacement bid.

As a result of this bid, I will be forcibly downgraded to First Officer while East pilots that are junior to me on the merged seniority list continue to hold their higher-paying Captain positions.

As much as we all wish that there was a “merged seniority list” based on the NIC in place right now, the truth is: there isn’t. And a grievance isn’t going to answer that question, only a DFR lawsuit after the NIC is discarded. In fact, AWAPPA’s own attorney, Jeff Freund, said the Nicolau Award: “is in actuality the proposed pilot seniority list developed through ALPA’s Merger policy that ALPA will adopt as its bargaining position to be presented to the Company, but which (like a union bargaining position in any matter) the Company is not required to accept…but which merely sets out ALPA’s bargaining position to be presented to the company...ALPA’s bargaining proposal to the company… merely sets out ALPA’s bargaining position to be presented to the company…”
