Well, that's a very sad way to feel. Why does someone in that situation stay? Because that's all they know?? Because they are afraid??

Now is the time for each and every employee, EAST AND WEST, to stand up to the abuser (management, union, fellow employee.......whomever) and band together as ONE company.

And I'm saying this to anyone or about anything specific.......just a thought........sounds like the typical abuse scenario. Someone abuses you, you take it, you then go abuse someone else. The vicious circle never ends.

Personally, I'm ready for it to end. The employees of this new company must come together or there will be no success.
