I'm not responding for LGA fleet service, though I trust his judgement very much.
As far as AA/LGA vs CO/EWR there ARE differences.
There is NO WAY possible to explain 1 "particuliar difference" about CO/EWR(perhaps you "may" be able to read between the lines).............(Nod to AA/LGA)
Cost of living HIGH in both area's.
AA ramp is Union(A weak union, but still a Union) .
CO/EWR has a few transplanted "Good ol' boys" from Texas in EWR(again, "read between the lines")
LGA "was" pretty much a place where, once they knew you were'nt a company RAT, worked hard, "Listened" more than "talked", that you'd be accepted.(If it's changed, LGA fleet service will tell us, but I'm betting it has'nt), so bottom line, your only ENEMY will be the Supervisors.."to an extent"(Not ALL are bastards)!
If you do get hired FT in LGA, you'll have a job for LIFE, if thats what you want.
With AA, you have "3" airports for job security(LGA/JFK/EWR)...with CO, you just have EWR(again, because of the union/NO union.
I'm not a CO "basher", but I'd strongly recommend(like LGA fleet service says)....AA
