WN code share?

Why was this post moved? Did you not read the last paragraph of the post? Can you tell me that has nothing to do with US??

The final paragraph (a descriptive snapshot of US) seems totally unrelated to the rest of the story. Nowhere in the article prior to the last graph does it say that WN is considering US as a potential international code share partner. Is something missing here due to sloppy editing?

That is what I was hoping would be discussed..I do not see the connection but then why the description of US in the end..The writer must have had a reason.
 
Maybe the article was just referencing that WN and US have large operations out of PHX. Either way it does make you scratch you head. I can see WN and WestJet code sharing and/or WN investment into WestJet.

I definitely think a WestJet codeshare could work. Both airlines operate on similar philosophies. WestJet already serves LAS from YYC, YVR, YEG, and YYZ (not too many frequencies though). Who knows.
