WN already ending SJU-ATL?

DL had over 40 years to decide to get gate space at DAL. They had the chance to be part of the 5PA.

Seems that they're late to the game, or perhaps finding no room at the inn would be more appropriate...

Unwind the 5PA, and you'll see what the law of unintended consequences is.

It also sets some great precedent for the Paulding folks to use against DL.

none of which excludes DL or any other airline from any airport. it would be called collusion to say that AA and WN could carve up DAL for their own interests and lock out competitors - which is precisely why this case will go to court if DL and other airlines can't be accommodated in some way.

the whole purpose of federal access laws for airports is so that carriers DON'T squat on gates in order to be able to serve it later and so that non-incumbent carriers have a chance at serving the airport.

your argument wouldn't make it past the first 10 seconds of a trial.

you also missed the part that Paulding county doesn't want a commercial airport.
