Just heard from friend at work tonight in INT Res that Al Crellin is coming to Winston tomorrow at the same time Kerry Carstairs is going to Pittsburgh. Any thoughts???? Workload just put in OT for 24hrs tomorrow. Interesting....
Just left work ..Have never seen Overtime posted like it is ...EVERY DEPARTMENT Round the clock ... Did some checking on flights tom... Carstairs and a a bunch of Directors coming to PIT ...Mr Crellin and Ben Baldanza(spelling) and Mr Bronner and Mr Cohen heading to INT... Something is up .... Hearing several rumors ... Most to do with UNITED and that they plan on cancelling a ton of flights and gues who gets to protect them ...We do ...How knows...We soon shall find out!!!!!!!!

On June 2nd US made a presentation for the Merrill Lynch Global Transportation Conference. It was on the website. But is gone now. But on the final page there was signifcant mention of morale boosting iniatives.
One bullet said, "Prepared large scale rewards and recognition programs for late Q2 launch"
I am wondering if this is the launch of the above mentioned iniative? Seems plausible to me.
Maybe cat''s simply saying that returning the 5% would be a "morale boosting iniative".
The reason people expect negative news is because that is all that this management has been putting out to the employees! Or have you not been paying attention? And don''t feed me crap about bad news being the only news available. Hell, good news is around if these cretins would look for it. Negativity is having a serious effect on this group.
The lack of leadership by this management team is outrageous. Morale is at an all time low. That is why we EXPECT negative news. Just that expectation should tell you all you need to know about Siegel and company. You say you are a businessman? Are you aware that the most valuable asset ANY company has are its employees? Are you aware that a motivated employee group does amazing things? Are you aware that the ONLY people in a company that can motivate the employees is the management team?
Expecting good news from these guys is like expecting Bill Clinton to tell the truth. C''mon, you''re a smart guy. How could one NOT expect bad news?
