Who forgot to do the walk around?

As a 737 Check Airman, I believe airplane are made for flying, not for stopping. If in fact he had already rotated, I believe a safer option would have to continue the takeoff, leave the gear down and just come around and land with full length of the runway instead of half. I can't fault success but even a blind squirrel finds an acorn once in a while. Had the runway been shorter or auto-brakes inop, he may not have been so lucky.

it doesnt say if a rejected take off caused the blow outs or if the tires blew out on take off causing an aborted T.O. If the latter, what would cause tires to blow on T.O.?
