If the Max issue gets ironed out by end of this year, I can assure you SWA's expansion for Hawaii will increase more than already planned in Jan. 2020. Especially the interisland routes. The Max issue really has slowed our Hawaii growth big time...

And now SWA's Hawaii expansion in Jan of 2020 including more island hopping, will now come early. The expansion set for Jan 2020 will now come 2 months earlier this Nov. I assume this is in response to the demand over the holidays. Still going to offer the $29 fares for inner island hopping. 4 new added routes along with the added inner island hopping.

A very misleading title. Click bait if ya will. Even after reading, the article never says who is winning and who is losing. I don't think any of them are losing, they all are maintaining LF's in the upper 80-90's. When SWA gets back the aircraft or attains more aircraft they will almost double the seats going to Hawaii and add two more cities.
