What Those At The Top Got

I wonder that if we were able to push all these idiots together.how many good/smart executives would be squeezed out..my guess is maybe 1 with parts left over for about 30 percent of another. WE NEED LEADERSHIP WITH SOME KIND OF VISION OTHER THAN RAPEING THE EMPLOYEES POCKETBOOKS

"total compensation" seems disingenuious when the total compensation is shown as $372,685 (Al Crellin for example) but FUNDED retirement benefit for the 12 months was $851,114 and the total payment was $1,226,910. This example was repeated many times with the FUNDED retirement being 2, or3 times the amount to the "total compensation". Is this the "median compensation of the 4 LCC" as Lakefield claims his pay is?

Al Crellin will have a nice comfortable life after US is long gone. Cant say the say for the rest of us, but he must be workin real hard to get that kinda money and retirement. He's a real talent to the company, Im sure.

Does the Judge get to see all of this?

I get the feeling that even if the judge looks .... he won't see. It's thee ol' "break the unions through the bankruptcy laws" scheme. Look at how the past mediation re maintenance farm-outs got ignored. Not only are the S checks still being done in HMV but the C checks that have been in house are there too. The whole thing is a scam! The goal is to abrogate ... period.

Isn't it intresting that if U was profitable and it's employee's were well taken care of so that they could take care of the customers who pay the bills, NO ONE would blink at that amount of compensation. Unfortunately, that is not the case here is it. No profits, no morale and dwindling customer base. With the performance of the last 10 years, NONE of them is worth a nickle in my view.

Granted, the last 10 years have not been normal by any means, however there are many cases where a "plan" has worked. Look at AirTran, or if your old enough to remember, "Value Jet". They were left for dead, UNTIL they got a plan that worked. A good management team is what makes the difference.

Time for them to go before the boat goes under for good.

That's my 2 cents worth.
