i have not heard anything about new uniforms, but sounds very interesting. it is way over due!!! i thought midatlantic training is supposed to take place in PIT. I heard through a friend who contacted John Flasco that training would start in March due to delays on the Emb170?
I heard the training would start in March as well and they will send letters out of Dec. 26 to see who's interested. I dont know how its all going to work out because we all know that in Jan. a lot of people will either quit or be laid off. Quess we will have to wait and see what happens. As far as new uniforms, I havent heard that either, not even for MidAtlantic.

The US Airways forum is alot more buzzing than this Flight attendant one... no one really looks here so posts dont get answered. You can talk about F/a issues there too...
To answer your question... Usair isnt in any trouble at all as it ceased to exist a few years ago. Now US Airways, they are a different story. That wacky airline!
Nothing has been said about a new uniform. The current management, sadly, doesnt care much about the brand or image. They dont even clean the planes or advertise, and could care less about the Reagen era, pallbearer uniforms.
MidAtlantic will be starting up in Feb, with F/As recieving info packets Dec 26th-early 2004. Keep a look-out. Training will be very short and will be in PIT. Dont know where Dallas would come up. The first class I believe is mid-Jan.

Light Years... I think you are probably closest to the Truth. I recieved a response to an email I sent to Bruce Ashby the other day.... Origianally our 1st Revenue MidAtlantic flight was scheduled for Feb. Due to the Certification backups the 1st Rev Flight has been Delayed....didn't give ANY DATES!!!
