PSA and Piedmont wear US wings that say Express on them because they are US Airways Group F/As. They will also wear the same new uniform we will and travel at the same status as us.
Republic, Mesa etc do not wear our wings, nor should they. US was actually one of the only F/A unions that allowed Express carrier F/As to wear our uniform and modified wings. Most F/A contracts have a stipulation in their contract that Foriegn national F/As or Express can not wear the same uniform as mainline. I think our WOS F/As should (the only thing I would change is print 'Piedmont' or 'PSA' under the flag rather than 'Express')... but I am glad the outside carriers will be wearing either the current generic one or their own uniform, and definitely their own wings.
If I were a West F/A, I don't know that I'd wear the US Airways wings until a joint contract, or at least pay parity with US Airways F/As.
