13.0% raise for NB CA/FO's @12yr EAST
10.0% raise for WB CA/Fo's @12yr East

2.0% raise for NB CA/Fo's @16yr West

The east pilots will not have to worry about a combined list for a long time because the west will never vote for a contract with that kind of inequity in salary increases - East 13%, West 2% - c'mon that's ridiculous.

These pay rates are not even close to where we need to be. All this and Dale Earnhardt Jr. leaves DEI!
I don't think he's going to leave them YET... Step Moma needs to keep him for a while ($$$ from sponsorships).

And about the pay rates... LOL

Look at what the "other" LCC pays and hedging is almost or totally gone. DP needs to get a clue! business Model

A few %'s less at the most!!!

But the Easties don't want a contract so the merged list does not become effective, and they WILL stay at their BK Rates! SAD!!!

You do the math, and make a SOUND decision.

Sooo, what your saying is that everyone gets the same percentage raise, West and East, and East guys stay 12% lower, behind, under, the West guys?

This really takes the cake! I think YOU'RE ridiculous.

Almost everyone (there are always exceptions) realizes that the East book is less than the West book and therefore will have to come up more in terms of relative percentages.

Any other methodology would lead to a B scale situation which would be good for no-one.

Yes the east's raise will be higher but they currently are paid less. What's the freaking problem

No FREAKING problem able!!! :p

NO B-Scales... That's the biggest crock-o-$hit!!!

The Easties get a 30% raise while the Westies an 18-20% raise... That would be fair. But for that to happen, they need to use the merged list. As simple as that.

So NO raise for the East and the West makes 10-20% more w/o the LIST!!! U decide.
