Well what I am hearing is Seth E. Schofield and Rakesh Gangwa are both coming back as a team and turn this dud around so no merger will be required. It seems they both feel sorry for the U employees and want to make a difference saving the day, sort of like the Sky King Twins who come and rescue U from all it's woes.
