Unable to change reservation online?

For just over a month, I have been unable to change flight reservations online.
I've tried every browser, several computers, phone, etc. Cookies aren't the issue.

Any way I try, it immediately says, "We didn't find a match" and I'm stuck calling in.

Anyone else having this issue?
