Uct Ict

I think, but not entirely surel...that UCT...is a unique corporate transaction.

Think merger, consolidation or something like that.

Hope others will add to this.

I am guessing that no one on this board knows what UCT/ICT or any other code for a merger means.

Should some know, please define.

TVLOOPS

ICT- Interesting Corporate Transaction

UCT- Unique Corporate Transacation.

Seriously. Both terms were invented on this board as descriptions for proposed/speculated scenarios for mergers/consolidations/asset aquisitions between United Airlines and US Airways.

ICT- interstate commerse tax

UCT-universally conductive transconduit

really look em up---------------------------------------sorry I was bad. ;)

Would someone please translate UCT..ICT

Thanks
See Light Years' definition, above. Both terms were invented by/are figments of a certain USAviation.com poster's overactive imagination.
This particular poster also quotes 'informed' and 'reliable' sources, which are anything but reliable. As you can see from above replies to your post, many have come to the conclusion that they're just voices in his head.

Okay enough with the goofy abbreviations, there are many here to this board visitors etc. (no pun intended here) that would not follow this lingo and should not have to. Please special Capt. try English on your posts
