Due to Local 562 withdrawing the grievance filed over station staffing AND the inclusion within that grievance of the BWI/CLE Arbitration Award:
Several Stations are now being closed to both Title I & Title II; such stations would have been held open but for the withdrawl of the CLT case and the refusal of Locals 562, 510 and the TWU ATD to pursue said case.
Hold on to your drawers boys...the TWU Express is blowing through your town, they lost the grievance over furloughs because the bubbas were lubed a little into thinking that wishes were language. Now AA can set the size of a RIF class to anything they want...as long as it is beneficial to them.
Remember back in '00 when AA wanted the ability to limit transfers: they now have it.
