Im surprised AA does not fly MIA-IND.Even ATA does not fly this.

I think AA needs some MIA-GUA 777s that are bound to be full at the $62 RT fares they offer...

ATA flies FLL-IND. They are fairly new to MIA, but have been at FLL for a while. And their daily FLL-IND service is flown with a 757-300 (except Saturdays when its a 737-800).
