Trying To Book An Employee Ticket

Hi, Im trying to get my mother a ticket to fly from GLA to FLL on January 25th. I checked the website and found the flights, however, I am trying to contact reservations to price it and check the loads, Im a former employee. It said the hold time would be 3 minutes and we are going on 30 minutes. I enjoyed the recording the first few times but Im about to give up and just buy a ticket on BA. Any constructive suggestions?

USAirways doesn't serve Glasgow (GLA) in the winter. Hopefully reservations will answer by springtime when GLA service resumes.

Seriously, though, what are the flt numbers? I can check loads and PM them to you.

(I can't get prices, though. Is it non-rev?)

Sorry, but employees are at the bottom of the list at the mo. Too busy booking awards on Star Alliance for all the American Express customers and listening to their whining as if they are loyal U customers.
