I believe that people who donate large amounts to the foundation benefits from those donations.Trump is no different from anyone else he likely  did as well.
Bill and Hillary get cash benefits from it...
 
The Clintons are all about the money and the power ,now no doubt they are hardly the only ones in Washington with this attitude in fact I think the majority do and that,s both sides.
