Lets see the reason for one line local is economics. How is it that local 567 at afw/dwh has 600 members, local 513 fleet service in dfw has 900 members. The former local 565 has 800 members but we are not solvent?

I agree completely!

Can you say "Union Politics"? And truth doesn't matter with these jerks!

The TWU gives a whole new meaning to the definition of the word "LOCAL" as it refers to unionism.

Not so LOCAL to the members in ORD,LAX,MIA,JFK,LGA,BOS,PHL,SAN and so on.

"LOCAL" for the TWU means the "local bank" the appointees keep their funds mode on the backs of our concessions.

Amfa 11 only had about 600 members when we started and we saved 1 million dollars in about 6-7 years. I would think you could do it with the #'s you guys are talking about.
