It's that whole "dry heat" thing going on! lol. Just wait though...you won't be wanting to touch those cargo pants here in another couple weeks. You'll be wanting those shorts and t-shirts to live in like the rest of us! Bwaaahahaha!!!

Yeah, and start scoping out your regular haunts for the location of all the shady parking spots, make sure you have tint on your windows, and a good shade for the windshield.
Don't try to go barefoot, either...
And get the economy size sunscreen.

Oh yeah! And an oven mitt so you can DRIVE your car until the a/c has it cooled enough. With gas at three bucks a gallon, it's cheaper than starting the car and waiting for it to cool. (I seriously do this when I know I'm going to have to park in the sun!!! )

well everyone on my floor looks at me funny because I have a USAir sweater on the back of my chair and will put it on 1/2 the time... I'm normally freezing (ac vent right over my work area/cube/whatever its called).

I'll look into bribing someone into giving me a spot in the garage I'm not sure I really want ot start my car 30 minutes before I leave just to cool the sucker off!

I can totally appreciate that. I do not work for you guys, but stay in Tempe (at the Buttes on 48th by Broadway). Had an apartment here and do commute weekly from Los Angeles (Ontario Airport). It is getting to the time of year when it gets alot hotter in Phoenix than Southern California. I learned to crack my windows, Open doors of the car before entering,etc.
Some of my rental cars had a remote starter. It is a good thing to have. If you have one in your car, you can leave the A/C on the On position and then when you remote start your car.. it will have a headstart to cool the car.
