When I started working here, there was mention of $50 bonuses for times when the airline met specific goals.. regarding on-time and baggage issues. I have never seen a bonus in this regard, so I guess we met were number one in on-time / baggage loss rates? If not, why the bonus..
We haven't recieved one of those "hat trick" bonuses in several months. I think the lsat one was in April or something.

This bonus is just an nice little extra by management to thank everyone for the hard work over the weekend.

This is a bonus for doing our job. Personally, I would like to be paid the same as my fleet service counterparts out East. That would give me a warm, fuzzy feeling.

Amen. Still have a long way to go with negotiations, and I don't think many people have forgotten that that still needs to be our focus. (Except maybe DP :shock: )

Incidentally, does anyone have the pay scale of a DL FA? Would love to see it, as I am sure it is considerably higher than US. If we would move to the "higher" cost contract upon merging, which I can only assume is DL, and still be profitable, then one would think that even if the merger is shot down, we (US) could still be profitable with a contract/ pay similar to DL's. Right?

Was that a run on sentence above? Oh well, you get the jist.... :lol:
 
Hmmm....$50 Bucks , even after Uncle Sam gets his cut , is a tank of gas...dinner or maybe even a Christmas gift for someone on my list.

Let's try to look at this in a positive manner for a change , afterall We did not meet the targeted goals for a "Hat Trick" payout....but they are paying it anyway.

If anyone has a problem with recieving their share?...I'll be more than happy to spend it or invest it for you....but not on your behalf. ;)
