I just wanted to drop a quick note to all the folks at US for the job well done during the holiday rush. Traveled from DCA to PBI with the wife and two infants (not an easy task). The flight was filled to capacity. But we left on time, arrived early and every US employee we came in contact with was wonderful. Thanks for safely taking care of MY most precious cargo. This is why I continue flying with US Airways - Southwest can't match you... US FF

Want to echo djlndc's comments. Our flight out on new year's eve was packed and the folks - basically everybody - did a terrific job on the check in, boarding, in flight, etc.

The only hitch was a 45 minute baggage delay at PHL. Can't win them all.

Plus, I finally hit US1 status for 2003!!!
