My mother has been trying to get back to the east coast(and at last she did) after my sisters graduation.
She told me what a wonderful job ya'll did out there and how you took care of the non-revs like they were your family (which in a way i guess they are) even though she and others may have been short with the agents (she does know better but this was a stressfull time).
