Those are what I was going off of. Are those the initial proposals or the current alternatives?

Yes. That's in keeping with Terminal "F" as in,

"F**K NO your flight isn't leaving on time. The airplane is still ground-stopped in Allentown! And the First Officer is still in Salisbury in new-hire training!"
