So the question is..What will Rolls Royce do with TAESL when they get a large head count turn over and can't produce customer engines? Another company set to close? Will AA red circle TAESL?

Buy out AA, hire the buy-outs and put them on RR payroll?

That was dicussed not to long ago but nothing was really set in stone. Of course it was just talk but still food for thought. It was said the the pay rate and benifits would basically reamin the same. Idk, it would be better than being job-less.

Believe me, 99 percent of the employees in TAESL right now would love that opportunity. They would gladly leave this fine airline and the leadership, in a second. I hope Rolls Royce is considering this..

What does TAESL stand for? (Remember, I'm a flight attendant. I'm paid to be cute, not smart.)

Texas Aero Engine Services Ltd. JV between Rolls and AA. They have similar JV's with Cathay and other carriers worldwide. RR provides the customers, the airline provides the facility and labor.
