NEW YORK, JULY 26, 2005 – The NBA, WNBA and Southwest Airlines have expanded their marketing partnership with a new multi-year agreement that will increase the community outreach efforts of the three organizations to feature a new tour of a civil rights basketball exhibition and the expansion of the “Shoot For Hope†program to the WNBA.
Southwest Airlines has renewed it’s partnership with the NBA and WNBA to connect with the leagues’ fan bases. In addition, Southwest Airlines will involve their Employees, their most important asset, in their NBA programs.
