MIAMI (AP) - A suspect on his way to jail escaped from police custody Friday, authorities said. Rodney Silvanie, 19, was standing in a reception area at the jail. As the gate of the jail opened to let another car through, the suspect slipped out of his handcuffs and ran off, said Miami-Dade Police spokesman Alvaro Zabaleta. Police sealed off a one-mile radius as helicopters and K-9 units searched
