Been trying to list for HP metal via the ETC website for a flight tomorrow to no avail.
Can someone advise what the phone number is for HP nonrev listing?
(The 800 325 9999 number for US nonrev listing does not work for HP flights)

Yeah, it's something I should know already.

Thanks!

800-894-PASS (800-894-7277)

If you're in PHX, you could also use the local line (480) 693-6818, since it won't cost the company money like the toll free.

wow, what an experience that was...Frank (or whatever his name is) is like, "Well, Flight 6240 looks great. But there are 27 non revenue passengers listed. And the flight is booked to overcapacity...." Well gee, thanks for that optimistic outlook but I'll take a pass (no pun intended) on that one.

Just check in 12 hours in advance and you stand a great chance of getting on. FCFS, baby!

The Employee Travel Center is currently offline to correct a problem.

If you need immediate travel assistance, please contact non-rev reservations at:

 East: 800-325-9999
 West: 800-894-7277
Please use your six-digit employee number when calling East reservations.

Please remember that reservations cannot provide access to your guest or vacation passes.

Still Offline! Though I did get on early yesterday. Why can't they help with guest passes?? It sure would be nice since the automated phone listing won't work.
By the way i'm trying to get a guest pass on HP, and I'm a US express employee.

Well, let me add to the poster's comments about "FCFS"...I just got back from a trip this weekend. What a crazy weekend to travel non-rev. The weather cancellations were horrible. Anyways, I flew on both US and HP metal. For US, all I have to do is call the toll-free non-rev number and list. No worries. If someone has more seniority, I can either (1) use a vacation SA1, or (2) list for 1st class and see what happens. If not, wait til the next flight or take a different route. I found it's easier to find a payphone that it is to find wi-fi when you are traveling. Nonetheless, I gave this much thought before I express my opinion. I was favoring the policy of FCFS over date of hire, by about 55% to 45%. This weekend proved to me that I was wrong. It's a good thing I took my laptop. I searched all over for wireless internet, and before you say it's everywhere, you're wrong. I was in a huge metropolitan city and had a difficult time finding connectivity. I found found one after I pulled over about 5 times at different hotel chains. I went to check-in on the ETC to list/check-in for a HP flight. "System unavailable." I waited. And I waited. It was well within the 12-hr check-in. Before the hotel became suspicious, I left after waiting a long time for the system to come back online. I finally gave up and went to the airport. Big mistake! They were closed and no agents. So, I called HP. After several calls, each rep told me the same thing: "I can list you but I can not check you in. You have to do that on-line or at the airport." Wrong answers. Neither option was available. So I went back to find another internet conncection. Finally, I found one and the system was available this time. I was able to get checked-in. So, I'm not on my soapbox and I'm only expressing my opinion. Had this been an US flight, all I had to do was either use my cell or find a payphone. The internet is not always an option for FCFS. So, no flaming.. If there are any better ideas, please let me know so I can try it next time.

Unless you carry a portable printer with you, you'll have to get one as the kiosk...

Do you keep original check in time? East or West can do this?

I asked this earlier and never got a answer. When flying SA1 vacation on a East/West metal connection how do you book it without using 2 SA1's?

Hey, I've got a question? If I listed a guest pass on HP can it be rolled over to US or would that be counted as an additional pass, also can we fly on express flights?
