Today, July 20, 2004 and still no word from Jim Little as to what action he is going to take against the company in respect to "SHARED SACRIFICE!"

Hey Hopeful..........enough already!!! You want to know what I'm waiting on...........what I have been waiting on for the past 20 years or so???

I have been waiting for Delle to "protect the profession". How long has amfa been in existance and how long has Delle been saying that his main goal is to to bring attention to and to protect the aircraft mechanic profession?????????????? No proof as of yet!!!!!!!!

THAT'S WHAT I AM WAITING FOR!!!!!!

That only thing I have seen so far is devastation of the profession at the hands of a man whose main goal in life is to get revenge on American Airlines!!!!! This man is in WAY over his head and is drowning quickly!!!

HOW MUCH LONGER WILL I HAVE TO WAIT????????????

"Devastation of the Profession"????????????????????????

What are you smoking?

We are controlled by a BUS DRIVERS UNION!

Does that make you feel "PROFESSIONAL" being part of a BUS DRIVERS UNION?

So, I suppose, that raping members at the bequest of management is your idea of a "PROFESSIONAL" union!

As far as your waiting for the past 20 years for Delle to do what the TWU HAS NEVER DONE, we have only had AMFA at the major carriers for a few years now.

These things take time.

OH, I AM MISTAKEN! IT ONLY TOOK THE TWU ONE THREAT OF BANKRUPTCY TO SET US BACK 40 YEARS. WHAT IT TOOK US 40 YEARS TO GAIN, OL JIM LITTLE GAVE IT ALL BACK.

HEY BILL! WHERE IS THE SHARED SACRIFICE MADE BY LITTLE, YINGST AND GLESS?

NEXT TIME YOUR HEAD IS UP THEIR BUTTS, ASK EM?

BY THE WAY, BILLY, HOW LONG DID YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR LITTLE TO SET US BACK 40 YEARS??????????????????????????

WHERE IS LITTLE'S ATTACK PLAN ON SHARED SACRIFICE?????????????????????

Hey Bill, during the 20 years you were waiting for Delle, How did you feel with the 1995 6 1/2% over 6 year contract WITH NO THREAT OF BANKRUPTCY AND DURING SOME OF THE MOST PROFITABLE YEARS FOR AA?

Did you hibernate for those six years, Billy boy?

Looks as if I have hit a nerve Hopeful.

Truth hurts don't it????!!!!!

Amfa has been in existance for almost 40 years now and has single handedly brought more devastation to this industry then you can ever blame on the TWU. "Union" is about protecting the members, seeing that he/she has a decent wage and benefit package, good pensions, good working conditions. It is not about getting the highest wage while sacrificing half of the membership so the select few may prosper. That in itself causes more harm then good. That has been proven thanks to the great efforts of amfa!!! Yes they have only been at the major carriers for a few years and like I said they have brought huge devastation upon the industry. "Bankruptcy is a better solution"!!!! Tell me Hopeful, what good has that sentiment brought to the professoin?????????

We do not have a decent wage our pension suxs and what benefits package are you talking about. Airline Mechs have the worst working conditions of all. Nights weekends holidays etc..

It is people like you who would work for minimum wage as long as you have a job. Another example of a cheap 2 dollar whore.

This company needs to implement the COLA so they can leave the line stations at 52K and pay you boys 32K. Then lets see how glad you are to have a job living on 32K a year tough guy. You sound like you could afford another 20 thousand dollar pay cut. Just think how much money you could save the company 7000 amts at 20 K per person. I believe that is 140 million a year. You wouldn't mind because at least you would have a job with great benefits great pension and great working conditions.

Now I am for that

Now we get jimmy little man to sell that to the company at the early opener he gets a raise for the great idea and you get what you deserve. A job

Stooges cannot answer the question, so instead attack AMFA and attempt to change the discussion. And they resort to the cartoons like children on the playground.

What a group of integrity and leadership!

At least your supporters understand the cartoons, any debate of substance is obviously over your heads.

Hey Hopeful, I wish you would not tempt me with these foolish little forum topics of yours. I may want to write another " Short Story of fictional content"...HE/HE/HE and I got my Banjo on my knee....!!!!!!! :p

Hey SCAB SCRAPER, Keep up the quality posts you make. I just love sending copies of your TWU dummie's posts to friends of mine that I have in TULSA. Every post you make gets AMFA more support and more votes. If we clear the hurdle of the CORRUPT NMB, THE TWU IS GONE FOREVER AT AA!

Maybe you forget the question I posted here. DID JIM LITTLE OR DID HE NOT PUT A STATEMENT OUT REGARDING AA AND THEIR FAILURE TO "SHARE THE SACRIFICE."

You make it sound like I am asking this question out of the blue!

Here is the Little letter:

Directors Update - 06-14-04 - Monday, June 14, 2004 at 14:52

VIA FACSIMILE

Mr. Jim Weel

Managing Director EPR

American Airlines, Inc.

PO Box 619616 MD 5235

DFW Airport, TX 75261-9616

RE: Information – Shared Sacrifice - Restructuring

Dear Jim:

As you know, we have had on-going discussions regarding the 2003 restructuring agreement and the issue of “Shared Sacrifice.â€￾ A few weeks ago, Jeff Brundage, Senior Vice President Human Resources assured us that finance was in the process of putting together an analysis of a cross section of Management concessions as compared to the labor concessions.

We again raised the issues at the May 19, 2004 Stockholders Meeting and also at the follow-up meeting with Mr. Arpey.

Jim, as you well know we all are aware of the shared sacrifice that Mr. Arpey and the Senior Management has taken. However, although we have been advised that Management’s share across the board is reflective of our members’ sacrifices, we have yet to be giving this breakdown.

Bottom line, our members, as equal partners in avoiding bankruptcy, deserves the information. What is absolutely unacceptable is that our members and all labor groups had to have the entire restructuring agreement completed in less time than it is taking American Airlines to provide us with the comparison, which is the benchmark of credibility.

We can no longer continue to accept more excuses. Therefore, if the information is not received in our office by Monday, June 28, 2004 we will take whatever action we deem appropriate considering that Shared Sacrifice did not occur.

Sincerely,

James C. Little

Director Air Transport Division

Intl. Administrative Vice President

The only thing I am doing here is waiting for Little's response!

So either answer the question maturely, or keep posting cartoons and assine responses. It only helps you define the TWU more clearly!
