I can't believe that PHL is losing 19 Customer Service employees (if I am reading this right) but they are the station least effected by the Sept Schedule reductions. Unreal.

No numbers for CLT?

M.M.W.

I noticed that CLT is not on the list- I received an email
from the CWA on thursday announcing the reductions-again!

To those mainline stations that went 'express', per the CWA contract until the very last MAINLINE agent remained at the station, you were paid mainline rates-GET THIS....

Payroll announced(per our station mgr), the employees that
decided to stay, were overpaid, mainline rates...

My overage was 189.19,
f/t agents inside,400.00
Ramp 400-700.00

And they just knew this as of Aug 7th?

Spoke with the CWA who is checking with payroll.
Transition between stations..Mainline to Mainline Express.

Oh, and this WILL BE PAYROLL Deducted during the remaining weeks of this year.
Amazing..

Give back the 5% but.but.but...you are overpaid and we ARE TAKING IT>

Any thoughts..?
I'm sure this has opened a can of worms...

Wait a minute, They just brought a FEW folks back because we here in PHL proved we are hurting.
Now they are gonna take more and add flights?
Show me the logic.
This management continues to baffle me over and over again..

MMW,

Management is making the "rank" suffer...WHY? Why is management punishing their employees. What have we done, but to save a company. Why are we losing our jobs and now our minds...

What gives here? Managment can you answer? We can not operate the airline with the staff we have, what are they thinking? ARe they trying to sell the airline and don't care.

Why did the officers get their shares of stock and the employees did not. Its been posted? What are they doing with and to our company?

Please someone expalin where are shares of stock is as "rank an file" employees, that was to be ditributed on July 31.

And who got their shares on July 31, are the Officers of this company. Example: Our Labor Relations Senior VP received 120,00shares of Preferred stock and 180,000 shares of common stock issued on July 31, 2003.

Can someone explain why WE HAVE NO FRIGGEN SHARES AS RANK EMPLOYEES WHO SAVED THIS AIRLINE...? SHOW US OUR STOCK!

From what I have read, the management lowlife in question got his shares at a value of $0. I am being told I will have to pay a tax on my stock, which was SUPPOSED to be mine on 31 Jul, based on a sales price of $7.50. What am I missing here? This, again, is theft. Oh well, I guess our high passenger satisfaction rate and low cancelled flight numbers make up for it all. I do not really understand all this stock stuff, and I keep being told on this forum by so called expert passengers that I signed a contract and should live by it...but for the life of me I just don't see it. We really are being stolen from. I am so beyond anybody who is not on this payroll telling me what I should be happy with. I really can say that had I had the vote, I would have shut it down. Looks like that is what is going to happen anyway.

as for the gougeing of the employees paycheck by the "accidental" overpayment, why dont they just reduce the amount of the deferral to paid to the employee? DUH??! When the "dog and pony show" was doing the slepping in Cleveland, the employees were very specific in the questions and were hand a big stack of lies. Can we really trust ANYONE from ccy? and can you blame any employee for the attitude they have?
