Very happy to see that SWA is making these last few moves all in favor of our customers. No other airline would take these extra steps and added perks just because it's the right thing to do. SWA could have, basically said, oh well, pandemic caused all this headache not us, sorry. Instead, they simply stepped up and did something about it. When loyal customers received these emails without them reaching out first just speaks volumes. Great job SWA and employees for keeping the customers first...
