Small Plane Crashes At Martha’s Vineyard Airport (The Boston Channel)

WEST TISBURY, Mass. -- A single-engine experimental plane crashed on takeoff Sunday at Martha's Vineyard Airport, killing the only person on board. The Lancair 360 crashed into a wooded area at the end of a runway at about 12:10 p.m., Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Arlene Murray said.
