Sir Branson is selling 31% of Virgin Atlantic for £220m to Air France-KLM. He'll remain as chairman of the airline, still retaining 20% .
Delta remains the largest shareholder in Virgin Atlantic with 49%.
Delta, AF-KL, Virgin Atlantic and AZ (for the time being ...) will form a joint venture for flights between USA and Europe.
And to round things out, Delta will purchase 10% of AF-KL for for €375m (£335m), as will China Eastern.
