Does anyone think Jim Little will respond to "SHARED SACRIFICE" BEFORE THE NEXT ROUND OF COST CUTTING AND CONCESSIONS?

Yea, we need to save the company from Bankruptcy. Give more to save more, but for who? The company, us or the shareholders.
This is getting scary. How much more can the employees of this industry give back? Many are at the poverty level. It amazes me that many airline employees are considered professionals yet they can not afford the basics to survive. Look at it this way, Think of it as a rubber band stretching. At one end you have the rising fuel costs, increased cost of living, inflation and so on out of control and at the other end of the rubber band you have the employees taking paycuts and more out of pocket expences. It stretches and stretches until it snaps. When will this snap happen? When it does what will be the long term affect on the employees? I hate to think about it. But at this rate it is coming sooner than expected.

I think we just shared a "little" more sacrifice. To the tune of 600+ previous TWA Mechanics.

I would hope that all of those 600+, except "drippy" do well. He enjoys being furloughed. I bet he can find a job in SFO.

We see the companies thoughts of "shared sacrifice". Get rid of the remaining TWAers , leaving only the "protected ones"...and yet you wanna cry about the TWU?...I'd say you owe more than just a "little" thank you to the TWU.

Now when you state "shared sacrifice", are you speaking of the cutbacks at MCIE and STL?

Nightwatch, if you think the pain is going to stop at MCIE and STL, think again. There will be thousands of layoffs in the coming months affecting all work groups, NOT just former TWA folks.

In repsonse to your comment on shared sacrifice, why don't you ask your idol Jim Little why he and his cronies have not seen any reduction in pay and benefits like the rest of us have.

Actually Hopeful I know how their pay and benefits are regulated, no need to ask. Also I do not wish a furlough on anyone, it's just aggravating to see my friends be the only ones affected, yes, even Drippy.
