Well, how much should the base salary for the CEO of a company with revenues of $5.94 billion of revenue and net income of $442 million be? Southwest Airlines seems to think that number is $331,000.

IMO our exec's are here for one reason only...$$$$$$$, I see no "pain" on their side, except for poor Mr. Lakefield. He needs his bloated salary to help support 2 homes now. The rest are pretty much just taking up space in CCY and collecting their checks. Just waiting for the when their Golden Parachutes kick in.
