On the west the grades go UP with more money, not DOWN.

20 is 17,100-25000
21 is 25-34ish..
and so on..

Just an FYI to where we are as far as salaries go. An anaylst with only a year of experience just took a job with another LCC on the east coast...he got almost a 70% pay raise. That brings a couple things into perspective.

It's a pretty widely known unspoken fact that the only way to get a true raise in this industry is to go to a competitor. They'll pay just as much for your expertise as for the internal competitive knowledge you bring. That pay raise amounted to buying of secrets.

I'm not unethical whatsoever, but that's a hell of a lot more money than I'm making now! I've heard the same offers from UA and AA as well.
