Our new old CFO Tom Horton will receive a $600,000 base salary, w/ a 108% bonus, which equals $648,000. Then he'll be given 33,000 shared of deferred shares, valued @ $892,650. Finally he'll get 69,000 shares of "performance units" ($1,866,450) & another 77,600 shares ($2,099,080) next year. This is the minimum to keep him motivated & employed @ AA??? We get a 1.5% annual raise & we don't collect profit sharing until AA earns $500 million!!!
