I guess the list(s) are out as to who is taking the package for retirement. while a personal message was sent i feel this would apply to pretty much all that took it. in this case a 30 year plus employee............................
you sir, have worked long and hard and got the short end of the stick, we all should have much better retirement pacakages and enjoy what was earned after MANY DECADES of Dedicaded serivce to the company, yeah just in case you forgot (which i'm sure you haven't) YOU like many others have more time at the company than
1. ANY CEO that served in the History of Piedmont, USAir, USAirways, Allegheny, Mohawk, PSA
2. ALL CEO's that served USAirways in the last 10 years COMBINED!!!!
how "they" can even think that USAirways doesnt have some of the most DEDICATED professional employees in the Airline Profession is beyond me. As such they should show them collectively the respect they have EARNED over the past 30 years of AIRLINE employment.
