I do not live in a US city. When I travel though I do fly somewhere where I can pick up a US flight. My question is this--can I pay my $20 per flight at the customer service desk or the front desk??? Thanks

What customer service desks....I was thru PIT and BWI recently and their all closed.. No agents to staff them....

The Special Service Desks in Philly are closed unless this has changed recently. They seem to be on/off open in PIT.

Our service isnt special. Go back through security seems to be the message.
