Reservations office schedules -- PHX/INT/RNO

I thought with global scheduling things would improve?? With looking at the recent bid and the last bid the options are getting worse -- the troops are not happy -- AGAIN.....It's really sad and disappointing - it's killing morale. I was wondering if all res offices are unhappy...any feedback???
