No surprise here...just look at the schedule changes we've had....and how many passengers have booked online USAirways.com or otherwise and never been advised until the day of flight....Our loyal passengers have had more patience and understanding then should ever be required over the past few months - most have been wonderful, although there will always be someone looking for some type of compensation.
