Pay scale?

Curious what is the top out pay scale for the ramp workers? and how many years does it take to top out? thanks

As of 05/01/08 it takes 11 years to make $20.11 ( not counting shift differential) next year it goes to $ 20.61 Lead Ramp Serviceman makes $1.30 more

Thats more then we make on the ramp at usair..our top out is 17.52hr and that includes the .17 raise we just got! I dont remember how many years it takes but i think its 15 it could be more but im in my 19th and toped out and i just got my 3rd week vacation! this is what the IAM negotiated for us and it gets worse with sick time, holidays and NO double time...Im hoping we do merge with UA maybe will get a better contract then again maybe not..take care

Why would UA merge with LLC. LLC doesn't bring anything to the table that UA doesn't already have except more headache and more domestic capacity they don't need.
