Curious whats the top out pay scale for the ramp workers? and how many years doe it take to top out?..thanks

Currently, top out is $18.05/hr.

Everyone gets a .10/hr. Line Pay override.

Used to be a 5 year scale... Anyone hired on now takes 10...

At Delta it's always been 10 1/2 and now we only get 4 weeks of vacation after 11 1/2 years.

At Delta it's always been 10 1/2 and now we only get 4 weeks of vacation after 11 1/2 years.

We cap out at 6 weeks after 29 complete years of service.

Years of svc:

1-4= 1 week

4-9= 2 weeks

9-16=3 weeks

16-24=4 weeks

24-29=5 weeks

29+= 6 weeks

We can also take up to 2 weeks (10 actual days) of our accrual and use it as individual days at anytime through the year.
