Please deconstruct the post and tell me why accepting change shows bias or a bad attitude? I was merely pointing out that if it happens, each employee has a choice to try to make it work or be miserable., or perhaps move on. That's pretty much the way most of life works.
If you're referring to the pilot reference, that is based on all the news reporting up to this point which report pilots stand to gain pay increases (esp. NW pilots) and equity in the merged company.

Luke, I agree with you 100%. If this does pass, it is up to all involved to make it a success. It would be foolish to fight what you can't control, after the fact.
