The B.S. coming from you. The monitors are not off. In most airports the monitors are under the control of the airport authority. Besides, lack of information for pax would cause bigger problems for NW than having to admit to delays and cancellation.

Especially since there are independent tracking operations and the websites of the various airport authorities. The NW website is giving the timely status of all flights: Sch vs Act Dep time, Sch vs Act Arr time, Cancellations, etc.

AMFA must be getting desperate in throwing out such easily refuted nonsense.

KTO, your SCAB operation is falling apart. NWA is turning off the schedule monitors in almost all of the airports, where they fly into, because they know their lies about how this strike has not affected their operation has been exposed as a bunch of B.S.

Princess, If you like to portray yourself as being intelligent you really need to keep your yap shut because it is overloading your brain.

Both our CFM56-3's and CFM56-7B's have the check valve installed on the motors (filler necks). Of course the old JT's did not and they would blow out a lot of its oil, but I've seen them come in on occasion in the past, this airline once and other airlines, and the oil wasn't at the critical level.

Perhaps some of our older -300's are not checked but I don't believe so.

What dash number engine is WN flying? At UAIR our CFM 56-3 oil tanks were not checked in the filler neck.....only by the oil cap itself. So you leave the cap off and sayonara oil

No doubt the smart way is to have the filler neck checked. Better yet, service it like a CSD and never need to remove the cap.

Oh, the memories :)

KTO, answer this question. Do you think it is safe to fly a two engined airplane from Seatle to Hawaii to SFO on only one healthy engine with passengers on board? Your response to this question will show your intelligence and integrity level. Neither of which I believe you have.

No it is not safe to fly from Seattle to Hawaii on one engine. It certainly isn't safe to land in Hawaii and then take off again to fly to SFO on one engine either. Did that happen? That is an incident that should be reported to the FAA. Why don’t you handle that one for us Princess?

Welcome back my little tyrant.

I would like to also add that it is safe to take off from Seattle to fly to Hawaii on a Northwest FAA approved ETOPS Aircraft because when something does go wrong it will still get you there and according to my Princess it will get you a little bit further.

Under the Railway Labor act (which has been outdated for the last 40 years) you have to join the union, even if you are in a right to work state. Lets hear it for freedom?

The unions hate that whole individual freedom thing, you know, stick together and all that. If folks start thinking like individuals the unions are sunk, so groupthink is the only way to go!
[post="292192"][/post]
No one has to join a union under the RLA. But, you can't be a free-rider either. And union strength doesn't rely on group-think, it relies on group-action

Is there any greater waste of time than hating a union? Okay, maybe yelling at the rain in your underwear, but they're pretty much neck-and-neck.

Man this KTO guy sure spends alot of work time on the chat board. Let's check the IP address and let his supervisor know they aren't even getting their moneys worth out of this guy.

KTO- Do you let your kids read Faust in your home, or does it bring up too many awkward questions?

So your lead tells you:

"I just told you, it's lefty-loosey, righty-tighty, now quit asking me! It's the same for all 400 screws, you included!"
